The location as well as the hours of this facility are very convenient for me. The staff is friendly. My hygenist is very accomodating to the needs of my sensitive teeth. I like the fact that I have never had to wait more than 5-10 min in the waiting room. I came in with a new patient coupon and now I am a repeat costomer. All together a good experience.

Professional, non judgemental environment. I would have never missed a checkup or cleaning had i been going here years ago. It started with the front desk and continued throughout my treatment. a new beginning for me in a trully Gental experience throughout. My Gentle Dental experience began about a year ago with the first phone call! I called in pain and was so relieved when the receptionist asked me if I could come right then!? I was expecting to be put off until later that day or the next day ... but I was able to go right in and was immediately taken care of and out of pain! YAY! From the front office staff to each of the dental hygienists and especially Dr Prakash... all have been kind and truly gentle! I had moved a lot over the years and as a Mom put my kids first and neglected my own dental care but never once did they make feel bad or guilty - they just made me feel better! The Gentle Dental Team made me feel like ok you're here now - we start from this point!
