Nice diner atmosphere. You can always count on your coffee cup being refilled to your liking, I guess they call this a bottomless cup of coffee. Staff are friendly and food reminds you of home cooking. Yes, it is a place for the locals to congregate or bump into one another.

truly a 'family' restaurant. Whenever you go, you run into people you know. the menu is classic new england fair, with a few specials, but they take care when they make it. so you won't walk away disappointed or not well fed. Not worth driving to methuen especially, but if you are there it's not half bad.
